Becoming a quality builder is sometimes more about their background prior to becoming a builder.
Tom Riesenberg has been in real estate since 1973. He has been a member of the Brown County Home Builder’s Association,
Valley Home Builder’s Association in Appleton, the State Home Builder’s Association, and the State, National and local Real Estate Associations.
During the early phase of his career, Tom worked with many buyers, young and old, getting to understand what they were looking for in a home. In 1979,
Tom joined Province Realty. Tom had the opportunity to work with a number of Brown County’s best builders. He listed and sold many of their homes.
He also worked with hundreds of custom home buyers and builders from the sketch of their home on a napkin to the final carpet being installed.
During this time he learned the right way to run a building business by using products which are high quality and above par in building their homes.
After Province and the buyer have closed the real estate transaction, our unique customer service allows all our satisfied customers peace of mind after moving in.
In 1995 after 16 years in real estate, Tom received his general contractors license and began building homes. Province concentrates on small to medium size homes
(from 1,200 sq.ft. to 2,500 sq.ft.) This size house is great for the first time buyer, to the retired couple, or anyone in between.
